About The Bubble Guy
Born and raised in the vibrant cultural landscape of Harlem, New York City, The Bubble Guy grew up surrounded by creativity and community. The son of a retired police officer and a teacher-librarian, he learned early on the value of discipline, education, and imagination. With two brothers and an older sister, family and connection have always been central to his story.
Today, he is the founder and proprietor of a unique small business dedicated to the art of creating large, super-sized soap bubbles. As a true performance artist, he believes deeply in the beauty and artistry of his craft:
“I truly believe there’s a great deal of aesthetic value in what I do. To me, the bubbles are a form of artistic medium and self-expression — much like a painter creating on canvas.”
Beyond performance, The Bubble Guy uses his mesmerizing displays as a form of self-advertising and outreach, inspiring others to discover the joy of bubbles and perhaps even collaborate or do business with him. He also manages his own online shop, where he crafts, packages, and ships his homemade bubble products to customers near and far.
A lifelong New Yorker, he loves exploring the city’s endless cultural energy and creative spirit. Looking ahead, he plans to expand his passion into a full-fledged entertainment company that offers interactive bubble experiences — bringing joy, wonder, and laughter to children and adults of all ages.
