Mark D is hilarious. He has been one of the best comedians on the East Coast for over a decade. He is a regular at the top Comedy Clubs in NYC & Tri?State area. He headlines Casino Resorts and has toured College Campuses throughout the country. Mark worked his way to the top of the comedy business. All the while continuing to fight crime as a NYC Police Detective.
Now retired from The NYPD, Mark is now free to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, about what it's really like to be a NYC Cop. “People always ask Cops for directions, and you gotta give something, otherwise they look at you like a you're a douche. If I didn’t know the answer, I would just point and say, go down two blocks and make a right. Hey its NYC, they’ll be something interesting waiting for ‘em over there, hopefully a smarter cop.”
Mark’s Stand?Up has been featured in Showtime’s “White Boyz in da Hood”, Comedy Central's “Laffapalooza”, Si?TV’s "Latino Laugh", and the film “Stand?Up 360”. He can also be seen giving celebrity commentary on MTV & Spike TV. Mark is also an accomplished actor with guest starring roles on CBS' “DellaVentura”, “Central Park West” and Fox's “The Jury".
